Golly gee, friends. I got myself strung out on this one, super worried I should be following the advice of a stranger. When my decisions make other people feel uncomfortable I immediately start to doubt myself. We teach what we most need to learn and this is the lesson that comes up again and again for me. I, admittedly, was out of practice from some of the most important habits that keep me grounded and help me maintain a filter around my brain and heart.
