On Track

Sometimes all it takes to get back on track is a day spent under a unicorn blanket (thanks @memeloveslar) crying and reading @adaripp’s memoir. Then remembering that you’ve got freaking tools to deal with the doubt gremlins. Then reading a book from a favorite spiritual teacher @tosha_silver, waking at 4:30 am, engaging in two hours of prayer and meditation, giving your kids 12 hugs each before school, then a workout (no, really, it’s something I’m trying, credit/blame lies with @janelle.scalise). Sometimes that’s all it takes.
PS I used to train Olympic athletes and I can tell you that portrait mode makes workouts more effective. Oh, and if in doubt, work your triceps.
