Terms and Conditions

This document, our rules, policies, and the other documents referenced make up our Auto Renew Policy. This Policy is a legally binding contract between you and Ashleigh Renard.  Please read them carefully.

Ashleigh Renard may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website, ashleighrenard.com. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

You understand and agree that Ashleigh Renard will automatically renew your subscription terms on each anniversary of the start date of the initial subscription term (“the automatic renewal”) unless either party notifies the other of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then current subscription term. As authorized by you, Ashleigh Renard will charge your credit or debit card with the applicable service fee and any similar taxes that may be imposed on your subscription fee payment (unless you cancel prior to the anniversary date). Unless otherwise agreed, each subscription automatic renewal will be for the same time period as your initial subscription term. You will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of any portion of the service fees paid for any unused days of the then current subscription term.

Ashleigh Renard will make the subscription services available to you pursuant to these terms on a monthly or annual basis. The subscription term shall therefore depend on the subscription service that you have purchased which shall commence on the start date and continue for either a month or on an annual basis.

This Auto Renewal Policy contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements, and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
